Describe the bug and how to reproduce

Console.WriteLine(new Ws2_32.IN6_ADDR(new byte[] {0xaa, 0xbb, 0xcc, 0xdd, 0xaa, 0xbb, 0xcc, 0xdd, 0xaa, 0xbb, 0xcc, 0xdd, 0xaa, 0xbb, 0xcc, 0xdd}));

Expected behavior

aabb:ccdd:aabb:ccdd:aabb:ccdd:[dotted quad]

Actual behavior

bbaa:ddcc:bbaa:ddcc:bbaa:ddcc:187.170.221.204
