Code updates for Issue #1

Compilation was failing, now fully corrected for use on Raspberry Pi and on Linux

Switch panel driver including Raspberry Pi code

Saitek switch panel driver (code unchanged from release 1.1)
Added Raspberry Pi version, which installs both the Switch and the Radio Panel drivers
