Credit Card Customer Data with Clustering and RFM

  • This project made use of a dataset for Clustering purposes
  • RFM analysis was carried out and customers were placed based on range as shown below;
    • RFM <= 3 - Low Credit Customers

    • 4 > RFM > 3 - Average Credit Customers

    • RFM score >= 4 - High Credit Customers

  • The final output of the clusters can be used as a classification problem such as Logstic Regression, KNN and so on.
