Summary

Sorry about a mistake made in this pull request #2351, I didn't translate all texts.
In this pull request, I translated all texts, reordered previous translation and deleted some unused translations. It's OK to use text editors for localizations since the volume of words requiring translation is currently manageable. Do you have any considerations to use 3rd party localization platforms in the future?
