• Breaking change renaming ledger_cli executable to ledger-cli. This was to accomodate ubuntu ppa executable packaging rules
• creates a reconciliation table, this will allow for bank accounts to be reconciled to transactions
• lots of work on tests
• improved writing to SQL database - transactions now are batch committed rather than individually sent to database
• script to build a basic chart of accounts in utils folder
