After flutter/website@b0e004c both dart.dev and docs.flutter.dev are migrated away from Jekyll, so none of these files are used anymore.
Also remove some references to Jekyll in the old contribution docs. The contribution docs here will eventually be completely replaced, but I wanted to at least remove the Jekyll portions.
