This PR updates the tools for ConformalBody to reflect improvements made in the SchwarzChristoffel.jl package. Most importantly, the inverse conformal transform is now efficient enough to use it for plotting purposes. This should obviate the need for using PyPlot.jl to make use of the contour plots with curvilinear grids.
