[Submission redesign] Additional author functionality

Note, this is to merge into the submission branch (not main).

It includes the following around author features:

• Designate corresponding author for published data submissions dryad-product-roadmap#2291
• Allow authors to have multiple affiliations dryad-product-roadmap#3021
• Support entry of authors with single names dryad-product-roadmap#2482
• Allow institutions as authors dryad-product-roadmap#2855
• Auto-identify duplicates in author list dryad-product-roadmap#3381

It also adds form field examples/help text (datadryad/dryad-product-roadmap#3546) (these should not be considered final, except for their locations) and improves the display of file alerts and the README wizard interaction

It is deployed to sandbox for testing with the rest of the submission branch

At the Dataset submission screen if I enter Is your data used...? No , Is your data used in a sub... Yes, and then input an unknown Journal name I get no prompt to enter Title. When I go back, the journal info is gone. Everything else is working great!
