TFT added to show log messages

Added TFT support for ET4/5

• ET4/5 tested.
• Screen log when updating from SD
• SD re-init when eject/insert
• Some other fixes and logic changes to work as intended

Just flash it with J-Link on 0x0800000 and if you have the previous version, you could use DFU mode to update the BL.

OpenBLT adapted to Anet ET4/5 board

Must be flashed with st-link/j-link/... from address 0x08000000 onwards
