ldap docker-image: provide script del-ui-config to delete UI related configuration

Rationale: workaround for missing/incomplete update scripts concerning UI related configuration changes. So you may update the UI related configuration to latest version by

docker-compose exec ldap del-ui-config
docker-compose exec ldap init-ui-config
