Initial Release

Initial release of MasterPassword.

To install, download the release that matches your OS/Architecture, and move it to
anywhere that is in your PATH. Then, rename it to mpw.exe (windows) or mpw (linux/macOS).

Then, enter a command line and type "mpw"
