RRTSTAR && turtlesim
The opencv file is run by running g++ name.cpp -o app pkg-config --cflags --libs opencv
on terminal then ./app and then the path is obtained
The Turtlesim is run by making roscore , turtlesim_node , cd into catkin workspace and then source ./devel/bash.sh it and then catkin_make it
Also save the save the txt file in the same folder as your opencv file
