Summary
This PR is a simple implementation of an MVP for #1984
Test plan
Unable to run
yarn testat the moment due to WSL-related cypress errors. Once I can get on a real Linux system, I'll update this with the output.A picture of a cute animal (not mandatory but encouraged)
