Updated RHEL and MP stacks to support new regions, instance types, and deployment scenarios. Added internal ELB for inter- or peered- VPC communications, SSL termination at ELB on certificate generated by template, customizations to Deep Security Manager configuration and policy specific to AWS deployment scenarios, and improved speed and reliability of stack deployment.
