As an common library for validation against the Kubernetes domain - it will be valuable to have the ability to query Kubernetes resources and feed the data into multiple providers should they require.

Implement a package for supporting and defining input / output required for the Kubernetes Domain.

There should be parallels here for what domain support looks like for other targets - IE Cloud Infrastructure
