0.5.1 (2024-08-16)

This release moves the Lula OSCAL namespace from https://docs.lula.dev/ns to https://docs.lula.dev/oscal/ns in favor of the information being available to users and nested under the OSCAL documentation. Our goal is to ensure that endpoint was properly located in the docs website and available to users as a source for which OSCAL props Lula has provided for automation support.
