PRIUI-231 Opening landing should not get stuck on the middle of the transition

1. la forma simple sería que si pasas del 25% de la posición vertical, debería ir al final, sino debería volver
2. La manera dificil sería entender la intención del user: si muevo el mouse para arriba rapido y suelto, por inercia el drag se debería ir al final
