Add ombInfo prop to rendered Element in App.jsx

Take the normalized OMB Info output created by #90733 and send it to the rendered Element in App.jsx as an ombInfo prop. Then use that prop to customize the content of the form Introduction page.

Acceptance Criteria

• Scenario: OMB Info prop is added to the rendered Element in App.jsx
• Given the normalized OMB Info output from Normalize OMB Info section #90733
• When the ombInfo prop is added to the rendered Element in App.jsx
• Then the form Introduction page should be customized using the ombInfo output from content-build
