Describe the bug
The login.defs template has some different defaults on debian systems compared to RHEL/Centos

Expected behavior
The role should not alter settings which are not intended to be reconfigured

Actual behavior
The MAIL_DIR is altered from /var/spool/mail to /var/mail
The option CREATE_HOME yes is complete removed

OS / Environment
Centos 8.1
Centos 7.6
