Centos7/RHEL7: Exec shield is enabled by default and not manageable anymore by sysctl.conf #118

Red Hat 7 has exec-shield enabled by default and removed the /proc entry.

Exec-shield is no longer an option in sysctl for kernel tuning.
This is a security measure, as documented in the RHEL 7 Security Guide.
