This doesn't change much (at all) older file-based tests, but simplifies things for the inline project tests. Improved the hashing of the output folder for tests to also include the additional files, since otherwise we'd be reusing another test's intermediate output inadvertently.
i.e. for cases where the SDK hasn't defaulted yet the AssemblyName even, the SDK targets use the MSBuildProjectName too as a fallback. So we do the same too.
