As a dewonfw user, I want to see reasonable error messages so that I can take action instantly when the installation of a certain plugin failed. Most of the times, you need to go to the logs and search for the problem, that occurred when the installation of a plugin failed. This may take a lot of time. To solve this problem, I want to see meaningful error messages as well as suggestions on what the underlying problem might be. One way of doing so would be to write a function which checks what plugins are already installed.
