docs: docs structure improvement

1. move /tutorials/best-proctices to /best-proctices;
2. move /tutorials/autocomplete.md to /commands/autocomplete.md;
3. all links updated accordingly.

multi-version won't works well. I have made some attempts, including the mike way and the json way. I also tried to test with the fork version after retyping the tag, considering that the old version did not have these configurations, but it did not solve the problem perfectly.
