FUCHS 0.3.0 released

We are happy to release the new major version 0.3.0 of FUCHS as of today.

• FUCHS 0.3.0 now requires Python 3.5 and will NOT work anymore with Python 2.x.

FUCHS 0.2.0 released

We are happy to announce version 0.2.0 of FUCHS which enables parallelism thought the tool and allows for much shorter processing times. We also included fixes for problematic BED files that otherwise would force FUCHS to crash.
