What

Add ability to update a user's settings via a PUT request. This will enable other clients to avoid having to recreate user resources when attempting to update settings

👍 Changes look good. I am noticing that we don't seem to document PUT /v2/databases/$DATABASE_ID/users. Would be great to get that covered.

👍 Changes look good. I am noticing that we don't seem to document PUT /v2/databases/$DATABASE_ID/users. Would be great to get that covered.
