Junos is returning the LLDP information with the subinterfaces (xe-0/0/0.0) instead of the regular physical interface (xe-0/0/0). Per discussion at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/netbox-discuss/bMqk_lt8yhI, the subinterface (.\d+) should probably be removed or ignored in the LLDP information.
