Apologies for the delays; been fiddling around the last two months on a web browser to use.

This release features a further slimming on the tarball; from 335MB to 289MB, presumably in part because we have deleted a few more po directories with this release than we were before!

This will be the last release before an overhaul to plasma happens; 5.21 is being released mid-February. Get hype!
