Configuring An Authorization Server

An authorization server is responsible for authorizing and issuing access tokens to clients. The authorization server may also issue a refresh token depending on the configuration.

Grant Types

Clients requesting an access token may use one of four (4) grant types available. They are:

• Authorization Code
• Implicit
• Resource Owner Password Credentials
• Client Credentials
