Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

We have 16 closed tickets and as a staff you should be able to see all the transcripts by using /transcript command. However it is only showing your own tickets. Staff without any tickets can not see any.

Expected Behavior

Staff should be able to get transcripts of any closed ticket. Users should be able to only get their own.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Have closed tickets
  2. Type /transcript
  3. You can see that no tickets are being autocompleted.

Environment

- OS: Ubuntu 22.04
- Node: 18.15.0
- NPM: 9.5.0
- Bot: 4.0.0-beta.10
