…fmt (google#724)

* Gracefully handle encountered regular expression when running jsonnetfmt, adding tests.

* Do not validate verbatim strings.

* Also do not validate string blocks.

* Change golden prefix for formatter tests to fmt.golden to be consistant with cpp version.
