What's new?

  • A more advanced preprocessing pipeline for getting arrays from MATLAB and physically storing in the same directory. Includes a built-in check for ts and times files;
  • A continuous run for converting big experiments (tested on 2TB study). Previously, if the folder was too big, the app would break. Now, you can continue converting with the press of the button; the app will remember where you left off;
  • More stable conversions for different file types;
  • More functionality to specify experiment details;

sim2bids v1.1.2

First sim2bids release that supports .txt, .dat, .mat, .h5, .csv, .py, and .zip file extensions.

Functionality

  • Preprocess data to match the accepted file types (see here to learn more).
  • Convert files to BIDS standard according to BEP034.
  • Add functionality to let users give their own input in JSON files.
  • Add zip traversal to get weights, distances, centres, areas, average_orientations, cortical, and hemisphere files.
  • Add viewer for converted JSON and TSV (tab-separated values) files.
  • Add an in-app user guide.
