Simple console utils for splitting/combining Android
boot.img/recovery.img for making simple changes in ramdisk fs.
We need to write them since what we found in Web ("bootimg_tools")
doesn't support Samsung image format (it is slightly different from
standard AOSP: there is a one more section -- Device Tree section).
