Fitting the diffraction signal of pseudomorphic layer stacks should be possible by fitting a certain relaxation of layers which allows to maintain a realistic response of the lattice parameters.

Currently the relaxation attribute of Layers is only a float which after the initialization using the pseudomorphic stack generators is not considered anymore

This is a rather poor mans solution to lowering the symmtry upon strain
application.
