Bug fixes, minor improvements

-Remove naming conflict with impdarexec
-Improve testing
-Improve ahfilt for shallow data
-Allow separation of geolocation and interpolation
-Enable automatic estimation of GPS clock offset
-Fix index problem in power packets
-More plotting options

But we exclude all the migration improvements from dev for now
