Allow the numpad dot to be used for countries using decimal comma #71

For example, when typing 15.79 on the numpad when the nl-NL locale is being used, the dot key is being ignored because the locale uses the decimal comma. It would be better if this key input would transform into a comma.

Sorry, but you will have to use the decimal separator of the configured locale.
