The current docs for both UCP and DTR are not prescriptive enough and it's up to users to figure out how to implement proper backup and restore policies.
There is some confusion about what data is backed up, and if that backup is node or cluster specific.
Also it's not obvious whether the restore command should be used to restore a single node that is down, or the whole cluster.
