Add a hamburger menu for small screen sizes and progress bar to the page

The site has no hamburger functionality in small screen sizes. also there is no progress bar.

I want to add two new features to the project: a responsive hamburger menu for small screen sizes, and a progress bar to enhance the user experience. The progress bar will visually indicate the user's current position or loading status on the site.

Please assign this task to me with hacktoberfest and gssoc-ext tag.
