Rosehip exe version first release

The Rosehip zip is the same as the last release but now there is new exe.zip which is the (buggy-alpha) executable version of Rosehip

This is the first official release of Rosehip,
there is some bugs fixing,
the installation is now by only clicking,
and more languages are now supported.

I will publish new release with java support, command line, camera and maybe even a File Explorer
