Revert Maestro task update temporarily

• This issue is causing unreasonable pain

Maestro task update broke maestro build promotion for arcade= https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_build/results?buildId=1519154&view=results

So the update to feeds task, has to be merged to main. Then arcade will need an arcade update after that we will need to update maestro task.
