I saw the race in the source-build leg couple of times already in arcade.

Just had a chat with @MattGal about those. I think those should've been fixed by #7018, but we probably need to update arcade with a newer arcade sdk for the change to take effect?

Since this change is unrelated, we can probably just retry that one job once the stage completes.
