Update sourceIndexPackageVersion manually

Use a newer source indexer version which understands how to replay binlogs v10. Tracking issue to keep the source indexer up-to-date: #7024.

I saw the race in the source-build leg couple of times already in arcade.

Just had a chat with @MattGal about those. I think those should've been fixed by #7018, but we probably need to update arcade with a newer arcade sdk for the change to take effect?
