Images not included in PDF

Hi,
I'm pretty new to docfx and am currently evaluating the PDF export function. I've successfully set up my docfx.json and all the toc.yml files that I want turned into PDFs. The PDF files are generated successfully and without errors. However, no matter what I try, I cannot get the PDF to include the images that are referenced in my articles, even though the generated HTML output shows the images just fine.

The commandline output during PDF generation brings a bunch of warnings:

• "Invalid file link: (<file linked in .md file)
  
• And during the PDF generation stage, it says that the referenced files cannot be found in /pdf/_raw:
  

My installed docfx version is 2.70, I'm working on Windows 11.

My project structure looks as follows:

The images are referenced in the articles in "articles/technical/admin" relative to the .md file, so, e.g. "../../../images/technical/admin/imagename.png.

The docfx.json config for the "PDF" section looks as follows:

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I suspect it has something to do with my docfx.json, or possibly with the location of the images relative to the json file. Any help is much appreciated. If I should provide more information, please let me know.

Issue has been resolved after updating docfx to version 2.75 and switching to "modern" template. New PDF engine works perfectly.
