Per #91006 which upgrades build prop MicrosoftCodeAnalysisVersion_LatestVS version from 4.5.0 to 4.7.0:

Resolve code-style warnings that are currently suppressed by leaving this area's MicrosoftCodeAnalysisCSharpCodeStyleVersion at 4.5.0. The two properties should remain in sync, but the new version yields several warnings that require area-owner expertise to resolve.

Related: #91030.
