Make the marshaller types for the test interfaces only include the necessary methods for each scenario to catch any generated code that uses a method from another scenario (for example #89885)

Were the product changes required to get this to pass? If so, awesome!

I made these changes on top of #89822, so I'm not sure if it was strictly necessary in main, but the tests didn't compile without them.
