I did a pass to remove any mention of prebuilt packages. Instead, I instruct the user to clone the repo and reference the projects from the repo. I also updated the local embeddings instructions to tell the user to manually import the build targets, but I expect much of that content to be removed as part of switching the local embeddings functionality to use Semantic Kernel.
