描述一下BUG

ISeedDataInitializer 未做上下文归类，无法进行多上下文种子数据分别初始化

期望行为

给 ISeedDataInitializer 添加一个 EntityType 属性，标明当前初始化器属于的实体类，进而能判断其上下文归属，方便在种子数据初始化的时候进行筛选

运行环境
