[Misc] Add install instructions for Alibaba Cloud Linux 2

Summary:
There is an official maintained build of Alibaba Dragonwell in Alibaba
Cloud Linux 2 (Aliyun Linux 2), so update the README file.

Test Plan: sanity check on document.

### Enable Alibaba Dragonwell for Java applications

To enable Alibaba Dragonwell JDK for your application, simply set JAVA_HOME to point to the installation directory of Alibaba Dragonwell.
