Technology Mentoring Workshop

The TMW is either a follow-up to the DevOps Transformation Workshop or a workshop that may be run in organisations where the basic ideas of ALDO are present and understood but some guidance on actual implementation is required.

PreReq

• A checklist is distributed before the workshop to attendees.

Based on the results from this checklist, themes are selected from the theme list for discussion in the workshop.

Output

The TMW produces the following outputs:

1. A target development process

2. A roadmap of interim states to get to the target process in a pragmatic way, taking into account organisational and team constraints.

3. Backlog of items for action.
