Switched from master to release channel.

IMPORTANT!: There's currently an issue on master release with concat filters either not working or having breaking changes, which breaks encode plugin. If you installed or updated ffmpeg binaries in the last ~2 weeks (first 2 weeks of 2024 or so), after updating this ffmpeg plugin, please go to "Extensions -> Dependencies" page, and re-install them, which will downgrade to latest stable release without this issue.

The issue in encode plugin this causes: when cutting multiple segments out of a video, only the first one is encoded, and the rest is ignored. Verified latest ffmpeg version where this doesn't happen is 6.1.1.
