Restyle configuration overview

The configuration page/overview has received quite some additions the past few months. At this moment, I can't even display it all in one line on my widescreen monitor, so I think it'll have to be restyled a bit again.

Changing the horizontal tabs to vertical ones may suffice already.

If I have to be really honest, I think that just deleting the entire configuration page might be the best solution.

• There are too many settings too display.
• It's a duplicate of Django's admin pages
• The current layout might suggest users can edit there, but they are redirected to Django admin anyway.

Done. Also added direct link to FAQ page and contribution page in docs. Merged to development
