I dub thee "Deft"

Rename dylan-tool to deft. Bruce's backronym was "dylan environment for
tools"...deft.  (He said it was fine to steal the name.)

* it sounds nice and has a lot of positive energy :)
* it's less awkward when needing to distinguish between the "dylan" tool and
